But I know that its still early to tell which schools and colleges are really the top ones, instead I will give the Top Universities in the Philippines for 2010 based on Web Rankings. Last year, I made a post about the rankings of the top universities in the Philippines for 2008. And now, here is the official list of Top Universities in the Philippines for 2009 and there has been a huge change in the rankings. This is ranked according to the study conducted by Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) and the Commission On Higher Education (CHED). Here is the list:

This Top Universities in the Philippines is the result of the study conducted by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) and the Commission On Higher Education (CHED) based the passing rate for board examinations in all courses. Only 20 emerged to be list as top 20.
